Monkami's shared living arrangements for persons with an NDIS package, that fund assistance with daily living and who require generalised support, to live more independently in the community through assistance with;

• Daily planning, budgeting and decision making
• Enhancing skills with shopping, cooking and meal planning
• Communication
• Learning general household tasks such as laundry and cleaning
• Personal care tasks
• Readiness for the day ahead including preparing for attendance at supported employment or a centre based program
• Attendance at appointments

Our shared living arrangements support residents to engage in a variety of activities and recreational opportunities. We encourage families and friends to maintain positive connections and welcome occasions for special events.

Monkami shared living properties ensure private rooms for each resident allowing for independence, privacy and personal space.

All Monkami SIL disability support workers, are qualified, experienced and hold the levels of knowledge required to perform the role to an exceptional standard.
